Because there are a lot of variables involved. Mold quality, temperature, weather, timing, finishing, all of it has to come together correctly, and there's very little or no room to fix a mistake once the material has cured.

If you already have a model or mold, we may be able to work from that. If you don't, we can make the model and mold in-house as part of the project.

There's no general answer. It depends on size, complexity, and what you're starting with. A model already built moves faster than starting from a rendering or sketch alone. Share what you have and we'll give you a timeline instead of a guess.

Yes. Acrylic can be cast in a range of tints and opacities. Let us know what you're going for and we'll talk through what's achievable.

Not every material handles the casting process well. Heat and pressure during curing can affect certain plastics, rubbers, and organic materials differently. Depening on the item we may need to do a test casting first.

We ship everywhere, including internationally. Installation is handled case by case depending on the project and location.

Of all clear casting materials, acrylic is considered the most archival. Its hardness and UV stability make it a strong choice for fine art sculpture. That said, the material can degrade over time if it isn't cared for properly. We're happy to talk through care instructions for your piece.
